BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Western Kentucky University is holding a personal financial planning symposium for its students and staff.
Renowned speakers came from around the country, including alumni, company presidents and nationally recognized leaders.
The purpose of the event is to teach students more about a career in financial planning and allow them to network with industry professionals.
Senior Vice President and Regional Executive of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis said especially with the economy like it is now, it’s important to be informed.
This is the third time they have held the event at the Knicely Conference Center.
